Can't Sign In

Hello,

I am a Logos Now subscriber. I can't sign in this afternoon. It says I have to work offline. What could be the problem? I downloaded the latest Logos 7.1 and installed it. I am running:

Logos Bible Software 7.1

7.1.0.0025

Please let me know if I need to do anything. I don't remember how to send get the logs and send them here. Please advise about this as well.

While waiting on Dave to examine your logs, I have one idea. Do you have any kind of Internet Security on your system? The reason I ask is because on the last update, for some strange reason, I had to reauthorize Logos to pass through my firewall. It is usually automatic but was not this time.

It looks like my CleanMyMac 3 program stopped Dropbox and Logos from working today. I guess I will have to disable that program until I see how it is affecting both programs.

I am not familiar with that particular app, but other Mac performance enhancing utilities have created havoc with applications in the past.
