Indexing Logos 7 on Mac

I purchased upgrade last night and installed but ever since a 1 is shown next to the Layout label continuously. The program did index and finished but the 1 didn't go away and it continuously says Indexing (0%) complete. I've restarted the program several times but no change any suggestions?

Your indexer logs show a corrupt database file. I am not positive, but I believe it is your ErrorReportManager.db file. If you feel adventurous, with Logos closed, move the single file to the desktop and then restart the program. The file can be found at the following path:

/Users/GreenMAC/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/4y27edoj.7af/Errors/Indexer/ErrorReportManager.db

Didn't work. No real change, it did recreate the file I moved and that directory also has a file with same name but ends in db-journal. But either way didn't help.

Your logs do indicate a corrupted .db file, but my guess which one might have been wrong. Hopefully a full fledged techie will be able to assist soon.

The crash was caused by a corrupt index file. Delete the folder /Users/GreenMAC/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/4y27edoj.7af/LibraryIndex/ and then restart Logos to fix it. The re-indexing will take a long time, though.
