Continual CRASH while touching Handbook to Bible Study Resource

I was using this Handbook to Bible Study Resource and L4 Crashed suddenly. Now whenever I open L4 and do ANYTHING to the Resource - L4 instantly crashes. If I show contents and navigate anywhere in that Resource - L4 crashes (see attached log). All other resources work fine. It seems like either the resource itself or the log file that tracks the status of that resource is corrupt. It shows PAGE 23 in the Page Number Window - but if I try and change the Page # it crashes. Seems like it's trying to remember where I was when it crashed and it's stuck there. Hope this helps describe what happened.

    Could you post a screen shot of the stuck resource?

     

    As a work around, open L4 and click the Home Page icon.

    Click "Show home page at startup" and then close L4.

    When you restart, you'll open to the home page, and from there you can start a new layout without this resource.

    That will get around the crashing layout.

    As for how the resource got stuck in that position, we're still investigating how that happens. Another user posted this thread which has the same issue you describe:http://community.logos.com/forums/t/13033.aspx

    If you have any recollection of what you might have done to get it stuck, we'd love to be able to reproduce this so we can fix it.

    Tom - thanks for the response - the Layout is not crashing - its only whenever I try to do anything with that particular resource. Whatever I do - it crashes. I'm not sure a screenshot would help. I open my standard layout - open the Handbook to Bible Study - it shows up in the layout with the last page # being displayed - when I do anything with that resource - L4 crashes immediately.

    Mike, I know it's the resource scrolling that's crashing, not the layout. I'm just wondering what is displayed on screen with that particular resource. You're possibly in a non-scrollable region or a footnote or something that "shouldn't" be displayed in the main display of the resource.

    We're trying to track down why this happens, and knowing where you are in the book by seeing a screenshot might give us a clue.
