Just because I think they will help so much, I'm listing the top three Uservoice ideas which seem to be easy to implement, would benefit almost every single user, and would make a huge difference in the basic usability of the software. I encourage each of you who haven't voted to go vote for these items.
The first is to allow users to add custom icons to the shortcut bar choices (or at a minimum, expand the spartan choices that are there...these have not been touched since L4).

The second is to improve the prioritization process by enabling categories in the prioritization window (real categories, not the empty-resource fillers we are using now). This has been steadily requested since L4 as well.

The third is to allow for folders/subgroups in the Documents drop-down. For those who've used Logos for a number of years, this would be extremely valuable. Most of us have built work-arounds using the Favorites tool, but this is not optimal...the Documents tab occupies prime real estate on the page and should be more easily customizable with folders.

Please go vote for these along with any other pet projects you may find in Uservoice.
