App size query

According to my iPhone, the Logos bible app is taking up about 120mb of space... however in totality when I looked into what apps were taking up my storage the Logos app was up at 1.2Gb.
I then checked via using the phone in aeroplane mode looked at when books was downloaded, and could only see the ESV Bible & Study Bible, and the Lexham English Bible. Having removed both the ESV Study Bible and Lexham English Bible my iPhone is telling me the app is now taking up 907mb.
With the ESV bible removed as well the app is taking up 896mb of space..
Any thoughts on what could be taking up the extra 777mb of space that I'm told is documents and data??
Are note files downloaded to the device??
