Hello,
I am running Logos Bible Software 7.1 SR-1 7.1.0.0039 on macOS Sierra. I wished to report some incorrect Bible links and a typo in a resource, but have been unable to do that due to some bizarre text selection behaviour. Here’s how to reproduce it:
1. Open a resource. (In my case, I have opened Lenski’s ‘The Interpretation of St. Paul’s Epistles to the Colossians, to the Thessalonians, to Timothy, to Titus, and to Philemon’ at 1 Timothy 3:1).
2. Click at the start of a word and drag to select it. In my case, I have selected ‘πιοτός’, since that’s a typo and should instead say ‘πιστός’.
3. Right-click on the selected word (or, in my case, two-finger-tap on a touchpad).
4. As soon as I right-click on the word, the selection is extended to the entire section in the resource. This makes it impossible to perform any operations (e.g. report a typo) on a word.
Incidentally, in addition to the aforementioned typo, this same chapter of the resource has incorrect hyperlinking for many of the Bible references. Instead of linking to 1 Timothy, many of the chapter:verse citations (e.g. the ‘4:9’, ‘4:12’, ‘5:17’, ‘v. 2’, ‘v. 8, 11, 12’, etc.) link to 1 Thessalonians. That’s rather confusing and inconvenient!
