BUG: Copy location as URL fails with advanced search

Running a Bible search for: 

((<Lemma = lbs/el/ἆρα>, <Lemma = lbs/el/οὖν>) WITHIN {Section <GrammaticalConstructions = Apodosis>}) INTERSECTS {Section <GrammaticalConstructions = 1st Condition>}

works perfectly (cf. here for context), but if you select the Search Panel option to "Copy location as URL", the url doesn't work, instead returning "Bad request - invalid URL" page. 

Here is the URL the search panel creates: 

https://ref.ly/logos4/Search;kind=Bible;q=(($3CLemma_$3D_lbs$2Fel$2F$E1$BC$86$CF$81$CE$B1$3E,_$3CLemma_$3D_lbs$2Fel$2F$CE$BF$E1$BD$96$CE$BD$3E)_WITHIN_$7BSection_$3CGrammaticalConstructions_$3D_Apodosis$3E$7D)_INTERSECTS_$7BSection_$3CGrammaticalConstructions_$3D_1st_Condition$3E$7D;match=stem
