Trying to copy Bible text into a Word document

This is my first time on the forum. I have a problem today trying to copy Biblical text into my Word document. Instead of getting the verse or verses copied all that copies is the first word of the verse either in Greek or Hebrew. Has anyone had this problem. What can I do? Thanks,

You have already been given a great answer, but to answer your question more directly: The reason you are getting the result you are is because you have selected "lemma" (or something similar). In the right click menu, the right side of the menu is like a group of tabbed choices. If you click on the "selection" tab, for example, you will cut and paste the words you have selected. If you click on "reference," It will copy and paste the chosen passage.
