Citations for multi-volume works

I recently purchased NIDOTTE and NIDNTTE. I have noticed that when I copy and paste a selection into a MS Word document (the technique that I use to cite the page #) for these references it does not give a volume number to the footnote. How can I tell which volume I am in in these references. As I am a seminary student, citations are important for me. Thank you.

I am getting the volume number. Perhaps it is the Citation Style in  your settings.
