i don't know how to delete a high light. Also find the page turn on my iPad makes it difficult to set a high light because the page turns rather than high lighting.

i don't know how to delete a high light

Tap the highlight and a menu should appear. Click the "trash can" icon.

Also find the page turn on my iPad makes it difficult to set a high light because the page turns rather than high lighting. 

Two options: 

1. Use a "two finger drag" to move the text up or down as needed.
2. Switch to scrolling mode and scroll instead. This is changed in "view settings" (Aa icon).
