My Logos 6 will not connect to the internet. It will let me work offline, but I really need to be online for updates. Any suggestions? Chrome works fine, so I do have access.

What do you mean specifically?
Do you get a "can't connect" measaage when starting Logos or is something else happening?
And are you running on Windows or Mac?

I get a cannot message and then the choices: try again cancel
Try again does nothing. We changed to Windows 10 not long ago, so that have something to do with it.
Most likely reasons:
Hold down CTRL while starting Logos to get the signin box.
