Best translations of Erasmus, Calvin, and Luther

I'm interested in pointers towards the best translations of Erasmus (debate with Luther on Free Will), Calvin's Institutes, and Luther' To Christian Nobility, Babylonian Captivity, Freedom of a Christian.

Whether in or out of Logos. Perhaps annotated editions with footnotes?

The edition of Calvin's Institutes by Ford Lewis Battles is generally considered to be the best in terms of translation and annotation. You can get it here,

I notice too that the highlights of the debate between Luther and Erasmus is available (though I'm not sure about the quality of the translation) in a Bloomsbury edition here:

This has very few publication details and only appears to be available in a collection. I have it and I note that it is translated and edited by Ernst F. Winter in 1961. It includes *extracts* from both Erasmus 'The Free Will' and Luther 'On the Bondage of the Will.' It has 141 pages.
