Just wanted to let you know that this situation was here, just in case you missed it.
Thanks.

It appears this product was produced by Galaxie Software not Logos so chances are it is what it is.

I understand your answer, but, if a car manufacturer said, "Oh, that component is made by someone else, we just install it in our car, it is what it is." What your response be at that point?

Well, given that I've never had a car company give me free upgrades for life ... or even to honor a warranty from another company ... [^o)]

The Galaxie / Logos situation depends on the contract. The old journals were made by Galaxie and you may remember the complaints about the journal's quality. This is one reason Logos now is producing the journals themselves rather than Galaxie. If Galaxie may have the Anderson master files and the contract may say Logos can't "compete" by modifying them. If so then they can't. When they are producing them in house they have complete control.
Car manufactures warranty their cars including components for X amount of time just like Logos. In Logos case X = 30 days (money back). They sure do a lot of fixing of products they manufacture, though. [*]
It is possible their contract with Galaxie allows fixing the product. That would be a good thing.

The issue isn't really about contracts between Galaxie and Faithlife. Rather, the issue is whether the customer reasonably expected to receive the complete book when purchasing it. This goes back to what was the offer by Faithlife at the time of purchase and whether the offer was caveated in any way. If not, then Faithlife as seller should provide the complete book.
In making this observation, I'm not "having a go" at Faithlife as I understand these things can happen and that the company ahs a good reputation in rectifying these kinds of problems. I'm sure they will make best efforts to do so on this occasion too. Keep well Paul

Generally Galaxie would have been the seller.

Certainly, Galaxie is listed the publisher of the book, but my copy at least was obtained from Faithlife. This means that for me as consumer, Faithlife is the seller whatever relations Faithlife may have with Galaxie. Keep well Paul

My HARDBACK COPY is listed as published in 1881, and the Logos Edition is the same. It would be good if we could have the missing Appendix 1 and all of the Missing Charts, as it is part of the book.

Several years ago I bought a dish washer from Home Depot. Seventeen months later it quit working. I called the manufacture's warranty repairman (not HD) to come and fix it (for the curious: a fuse hidden in the door needed replaced).

Is there a FAITHLIFE EMPLOYEE who can give us an update on this please?

Back in the Libronix days, there were problems with books that had tables & charts that were produced by Thomas Nelson and Galaxie Software. I remember the study bibles in particular had problems duplicating charts.
I think Galaxie didn't duplicate the appendix because of these issues back then.

Thank you Bobby Terhune. I had Libronix, so am familiar with that.
The Missing Appendix 1 and Missing Charts would be a great asset to this resource.
What I am asking FAITHLIFE is can they seek into updating this resource in anyway please? Then the book will be complete.

I apologize for not responding earlier. I missed this thread.
I'm looking into how we can update this. As mentioned earlier this was a resource produced by Galaxie and is not currently sold. The first step will be to track down materials.

Thank you Kyle G. Anderson
Appreciate it very much. I will wait for an update from you on this. Once again, thank you.
