Installation issues

I have been having huge installation issues with the Logos4A.

How can I wipe out everything and try again without running into the same issues. I cant find any other posts with install issues and I cant get help fixing the issues on this site.

I have a brand new Mac Pro and this is a brand new install for me. Whats up with that?????

To completely uninstall delete Logos 4 from Applications and the Logos4 folder under /Users/<yourusername>/Application Support.

I'd recommend making sure you have the lastest Alpha release (A 15) by clicking on the download link in the A 15 release notes before you re-install.

There is no guarantee that this issue won't arise again, though

Note: by deleting everything you will have to index again

1) Remove Logos Bible Software 4 from /Applications

2) Delete Logos4 folder from Library/Application Support under your home directory

3) Delete com.logos.LogosIndexer.plist from Library/LaunchAgents under your home directory.
