I am wanting to read 1 John for 30 days, is there a way to set up a reading plan that will list the same reading for 30 days? I know that I could set up 30 individual reading plans of the same thing, just would be tedious.

You could do this with a Custom Reading Plan - with "1 John" added for each session.
