I purchased new resources from logos. Normally they will automatically download to Logo4. however lately I have been having trouble. The resources are in Logos3 but they have not been downloaded into logos4. Any suggestions
Have you synced licenses in L3? Have you run "update now" and "update resources" in L4? Have you tried restarting L4, your computer?
