Installation Problem

When I run Logos4Setup.exe. I get the attached popup and no installation.

Does anypone know anything about side-by-side configuration?

Does anyone know where the application event log is locate?

    After downloading the Installation file and clicking on Install:

    Everything appears to run just fine downloading 18MB and 23MB of files.

    Then I get the error dialogue saying "Setup was unable to download a required file."

    But, it does not say what file it may be. Any ideas?
