Okay, I know I'll hear the publisher issue ... but The Wesley Study Bible and the New Interpreter's Study Bible would add some excellent balance ... along side the two Lutheran Study Bibles that came out recently.

The Wesley Study Bible and the New Interpreter's Study Bible
Yes to both - but I fear that Cokesbury is not currently willing to work with LOGOS. They have a proprietary format, though I do not believe either of these titles are available in this format either.
Be sure to see Pope's Compendium of Christian Theology in Community Pricing. MJ, I know you know about this, but others may not.
I'd add the five volume Interpreter's Dictionary of the Bible
.

And Cokesbury's proprietary format is horrid. I own the NIB and rarely use it on the computer because it's so awful.
Perhaps Cokesbury will see the light as Zondervan did. It seems that the proprietary format is a dead-end niche market for publishers because they are unable or unwilling to produce a decent Bible Study format.
