The pastors at my church and other presenters often create their content in PowerPoint and we "Import from PowerPoint" for proclaim. This means slides/text become images only - which Proclaim filters out for Confidence monitor. We were very excited to use the confidence monitor, but realized in our run through that the image slides didn't come through (which pastors look at and the kids choir was going to use as well). So we had to switch to the "slides" output. Can't use Confidence monitor until you can select a program item (Image slideshow, etc.) and set it to show up on the CM.
