How do you run the update script?

I purchased the upgrade from L3 to L4 and also purchased the History of the Reformation. Both from the Web. It says to run upgrade script but how do you run it? I installed the upgrade but then what? Thanks in advance.

The update script is for Logos 3/Libronix only. If you are using Logos 4 and purchased a download it should automatically be added to your license file and then recognized and downloaded.

To speed this along you can try restarting Logos and typing "Update Now" into the command line to run that command.

A few more things that have kept others from getting their updates:

Make sure that you have "Use Internet" set to "On" in your L4 program settings, and that L4 is not blocked by your firewall.
Make sure that your L4 log-in ID is the same one you used to purchase your resource from the Logos web site. (If not you'll have to call support to get this straightened out.)
Also give some time (some times a few hours) for the license to be generated to the server to which you are connected.

this may be the problem - purchase was made under a different email address than the original upgrade...

It was the user id. I had purchased the update under a different user id than was registered. Everything is now working great.
