Question for Logos/FL Staff on Goldingay's newest book "An Introduction to the Old Testament"

This book downloaded for me yesterday off of a prepub and while reading it, the preface directed me to an online site for more expanded material.  When I went there, there was an intro document that directed me to his Fuller Theological Site.  While at that site, I realized he has the entire book I purchased for free there along with more expanded material.  Now please understand I'm not complaining about buying a free book found elsewhere but what my question is, would it be possible to eventually add that expanded material into the book at a later date?  It doesn't seem like it would be that hard to do so considering that site has them all as docx's.  I could always make my own PB with the additional material but it would be nicer if Logos added it in.  Thoughts?

What we can do as individuals (grab content off a site for personal use) and what Faithlife can do as a corporate entity (add this same text to an existing resource they are selling for profit) are, I would think, entirely different things. I would also think they would need permission and most likely have to talk *money* to get that done. These are my thoughts, anyway.
