Tried to send a sermon from Sermon editor to Proclaim several times this AM and it says that it can't be sent. Is there something up with the transfer process?

Are you running on Windows or Mac? What version of Logos 7?
Windows 10 and Logos 7 version 7.1 SR-2 7.1.0.0040

I tried to get my sermon to upload to Proclaim and I still get the same error. I've included a screen shot of the error and the log files. This the sermon for this weekend, so any help that can be given would help. The sermon will upload to Sound Faith but not to Proclaim.

It looks like, from your logs, that your computer was having trouble reaching our servers. Can you ensure you have a working internet connection and can reach https://sermonwriterapi.logos.com/v1/ from your computer (you can visit it in a browser) and try again?

I called someone from tech support and she looked at it. It appears to havebeen one of 2 things. The size of my sermon might have been to large, or I think one of the pictures for a slide I tried to use may have done it. I split the sermon up into 2 and the second half went over just fine. When I tried to send the first half over it wouldn't go until I go rid of that picture in the slide, then it went just fine. So who knows. I do have it in Proclaim so all's well that ends well.
