Failure of Proclaim on Windows 10 after update

After Windows 10 update, cannot get Proclaim by Faithlife to start.

I've deleted, cleared registry, and reinstalled. 

I've checked firewall to give permission. 

 Still cannot run.

It starts and fades away.

Attached are the available logs, including logs from an attempt to download and install today.

Welcome to the forums - I hope we can find a way to help you out.

Obviously this is not a common problem and your logs will probably really help to solve the issue.
