Unlocking and Downloading New Books
Hello
How do I unlock and download new books for Logos 4.0? I have clicked on "Unlock and Download." That brings up three options - find, save and cancel. I have chosen "find" but each time I have been told that Windows does not recognise this type of file. Can anyone help?

You don't need to do anything. Once you purchase a resource Logos updates you license file and when Logos 4 checks your licenses it will see that it needs to download a new resource for you and add it to your Library. Sometimes it takes Logos 4 a little while to recognize you need the resource. You can try typing Update Now in the command bar then hit enter. Logos 4 should check to see if you have any new resources to download.
The download and unlock is for Logos 3.0. It was looking for the Logos 3 engine on your computer and couldn't find it.

Thank you for your help. It is appreciated. I have checked the index and I am still missing an 18 volume collection of books. Do I email Logos and point this out?

If it is a recent download purchase give it another day else contact Customer Support.

What about a purchase like the John Piper Sermon collection? There is not a download option so they have to send it to you on a CD. This is some kind of contractual requirement. How do I install this in Logos 4?

You install it in Libronix, activate it, synchronize licenses in Libronix and it will show up on Logos 4 once it picks up the new licenses.
