How do I get the box format when I'm not pasting from Logos into the Sermon editor?

When I paste into the Sermon editor from a Logos resource I get:

However, if I copy from another source I get plain text which I can convert to block text like this:

How do I get non-Logos quotes into the same format as Logos quotes?

It's not currently supported, by design. We will consider changing the design.
