Doubtful; see Phil Gon's comment:

Zondervan treats ebook distributors and Bible software platforms as two distinct categories and usually runs different sales at different price points. This is an ebook sale and wasn't made available to any Bible software platforms.

I know this won't help you now, besides letting you know that they have been on sale here at logos. Logos ran a sale on said commentary for $7.99 per volume in January of 2016. Keep your eye out it might happen again. Good Luck Matt
