I'll let you decide how best to do it but it must be on the work page not the home page. For a few days prior to the Logos Now subscription expiring, show the date of expiration and link to a renewal page - perhaps especially on the panel for using the feature itself. Said message needs to be easily closed but repeating until expiration or renewal.
