Logos 6 does not open, not responding at all

Hi there,

My logos 6 suddenly does not work.

I cannot open it. The main window does not pop out as usual.

I have attached log files.

I have deleted the logos app and reinstalled it. It did not help.

Anyone would have a rough idea what I could do?

How are you opening the app? Which version of macOS are you currently running?

I am using Macbook pro 2011 version. OS X Yosemite.

I opened the app in two ways: open it from the dock and open it in the application file.

Neither way worked.

I think it would be best for you to contact Tech Support.
