Upgrade Offers page might need to be updated

Just noticed today that it says "Don't miss out. These prices are only offered during a base package purchase." at the bottom of the Upgrade Offers page.

Since the same prices for at least 3 items are also offered during this Black Friday sale, the upgrade offer page is no longer accurate.

While the offers and sales are appreciated, perhaps it's better to not have a promise like that, rather than have to pull products from other sales?

Bumping this.

The exact same "Don't miss out. These prices are only offered during a base package purchase." footer shows up on the Library Expansions page, even though those prices are not only available during a base package purchase.

Granted, the limited time pricing currently in effect is due to the packages not being available sooner, but it may mislead LN members who might think they'd need to purchase an L7 package to receive limited time pricing.

Unless the upgrade offers are also temporary and are planned to expire on December 31, FL probably shouldn't use the same footer for different promotions with different terms and conditions.
