While you wait for someone more qualified... I noticed that you aren't up to date with the engine. It wouldn't hurt to download the newest engine. Also, is windows up to date?

Did you try loading to a blank layout? If that works, you might want to try the scan method to skip the downloads.

I downloaded the latest beta and tried to reinstall and it said Logos is up to date and would go no further. I cant load even a blank layout because it crashes before getting to that point.

Windows is up to date.

Log did not have crash. Does event viewer have Logos error near 8:21 am today ?

Log does show many resources being queued for download. Does the drive have adequate free space ?

Is the drive internal storage ?
