New Install Hang up

I have tried to load Logos 4 onto my new Mac Pro several times.

each time I get hung up at the indexing stage. This is my third attempt.

Each time I have removed the files and started over. I give the program 3 or 4 days to try to download and then start over.

I am on my third try and I am hung up again.

I did try yesterday to load the program into Parallel running Win 7 and that loaded fine in several hours.

What I cant seem to do is load it onto the Mac OS.

I am attaching my Indexer Log and the Console Log but the Logos4.Log is now at 10.63GB and is too big to attach. I think that is part of my problem.

Any help with that?
