I cannot find a linguistic definition for "panicle". I assume it is a typo, for "particle":

2.21. μήν (Panicle, Emphatic, Postpositive)

Heb. 6.14: μὴν εὐλογῶν εὐλογήσω σε (indeed, I will in fact bless you).

I'm quite sure you're right. Somehow "a compound racemose inflorescence" just doesn't fit the context.[:O]
