Look up in Free Account Doesn't Work

I got my daughter a Logos account so she could start reading her Bible on her iPad. When she wanted to know what a word meant I showed her "Look Up" but it just says that info is unavailable. 

I know the free account doesn't have the reverse interlinear, but as it stands it appears that the free verison of the iPad software (when there isn't a base package tied to it) doesn't have a functioning lookup tool.


Please remedy this, either using the in-iPad dictionary like you used to or including an English dictionary and using that. To be clear, I am only asking that a definition be shown for the English Word.

    Hi Jacob, does your daughter's iPad have a default iOS dictionary configured?

    Please open Settings > General > Dictionary and select one, then restart the app and let us know if the issue is resolved.
