opening Logos

I went through the down load process with someone on the phone. That went fine but when I try to open the program the LOGOS Bible Softward logo comes up in the center of the screen. What do I have to do in order to use the program?

    You should also see, in  the system tray, a tiny blue Logos icon.  Hover over that and it will give you a status update. 

    What is happening is that on the first run, Logos must "take inventory" so to speak.   It can take a long time to get from the splash screen to the program running.  Just be patient, and feel free to post any feedback on the start up right here.  We'll try to give specific answers to your specific questions.  [:)]
