Harper's Bible Commentary verse popups only show initial verse of a range

I'm discovering that Harper's Bible Commentary doesn't link to a range of verses, but to single verses.

For example, when hovering over a verse range (e.g. 5:5-8), the popup only displays verse 5, instead of verses 5-8.

Any chance this resource can be fixed, to link to and display the range instead of just the initial verse?

Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!

I checked a couple of similar resources and found similar coding. What behavior are you seeing that is incorrect?

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Usually when you hover over a verse range, it shows (as much of) the range of verses that can fit in the popup. Here's the correct behavior (for other resources):

However when you hover over a verse range in HBC, it only shows the initial verse:

If you look at the right-mouse menu screenshot I provided earlier, even though the text reference is for Romans 5:5-8, the hyperlink reference only links to 5:5.

This not only affects the verse text that shows up in the popover, it affects:

    • what you can do in the right-mouse menu (e.g. you'd only get a passage guide for 5:5, not 5:5-8).
    • results you (wouldn't) get if you were searching your library for a verse that was part of the range but not the initial verse.

You are correct that this resource is not tagged as similar resources are - I used a Socio-Rhetorical commentary on Mark for comparison. I misunderstood your problem initially.

We pushed out an update to this resource in early December 2016.

We also updated a large number of milestones so it should have better Passage Guide coverage.

I can confirm that with the updated version, the bug described in the OP is solved.

Petah, do you see this in the resource support info?

Otherwise you may need to run Update Now (if this doesn't help: Update Resources)
