Problem with 365-Day Connect the Testaments Plan
I am using the 365-Day Connect the Testaments Plan for the entire year. For about the last 4-6 weeks, I have had the following problem. I open the app on my iPhone or iPad Pro and click on the readings for the day. The app goes to the appropriate Old Testament lesson but there is no grey dialogue box that says "Begin Reading". When I finish the Old Testament Reading, there is no grey dialogue box to click that takes me to the New Testament reading, and so on. I reported this previously and Joe McCune responded. He first of all said that it didn't look as if I was using the latest version of the app. I showed him that I was up to date on all 3 apps so that was not the issue. The problem continues. My current workaround is that each day, I delete the app and then re-install it. Everything works well for that set of readings. When I shut down the device and then open it, the problem is there again. It doesn't matter which device I use. It doesn't matter which app I use (Logos, Faithlife, Vyrso), the same thing happens. It is obviously frustrating to have to delete and then re-install the app each day in order to successfully do the readings.
As mentioned, everything has worked fine up until the last 4-6 weeks. I would appreciate your efforts to resolve this frustrating issue.
My devices are iPad Pro and iPhone 6+. I have the latest iOS and all apps are up to date.

Hi Dr. Armstrong,
I am unable to reproduce this issue. All of the grey panels appear for me - Start Reading, Keep Reading, and Stop Reading.
Please try this:
1) On Desktop, delete the Reading Plan and create it again using the same start date and Bible as before.
2) Sync both Desktop and Mobile app so the Reading Plan appears on Mobile.
3) On Mobile, navigate to the Home page then Left swipe on the Reading Plan and tap "More", then tap "Catch Up to Today".This should result in a newly created 365-Day Connect the Testaments Reading Plan that is up to date. If the grey panels still don't appear after following these instructions please let us know.

Thanks for your reply. I am currently in Japan and will have to try what you suggest when I get home. It is bizarre. Every day, I have to delete the Logos app and download it again. The grey panels all appear. If I decide to do more than one day at a time, the grey bars appear. However, when I close the app and later open it and click on the readings, there are no grey panels. As mentioned previously, this is consistent across Logos, Faithlife and Vyrso. It is a recent phenomenon.
