Yes you are correct. There seems to be no dynamic pricing. I own 11 of the 18 books in this collection, and yet I was only given the black friday discount. So it will be much cheaper for me to buy the remaining 7 books apart from this bundle!

Yes, please. I can't imagine many people buying this without dynamic pricing being enabled.

It's pretty common for special releases to start out without Dynamic Pricing due to human error. Someone at Faithlife will see this thread and it wil be fixed in five minutes.

But the problem persisted through Cyber Sunday & Monday. Sadly, it begins to imply either a very sloppy, do-not-care attitude of one part of marketing or something even worse.
