Moving books to sd card

Hi

I am using a samsung  a S2 galaxy table  with marshmallow android 6.1

With 32 gig internal storage space and a 128 gig sd card

Most of the apps I use will use the sd card

When using video resources and audio resources thay used a lot of storage space

I download the training resources because sometimes I have not got access to the Internet

I am running out of the main storage 

Why can't you build in away for resources to  use  external SD card

make this a add on tool charge a small price to cover development costs 

I would have  no problem purchasing add on tools for a android app
