Updating to Beta 2 - major difference in download

On my desktop I had 588 MB download to update to Beta 2

On my laptop the download (when I glanced) was at 1.1 Gig.

Why such a difference when the resources are exactly the same?

    It could be that the resources weren't exactly the same. If you installed one system from the DVD and the other from the download, you could well have been missing resources on the system that was installed via download. (We had a problem in Beta 1 where the download wouldn't install all the syntax etc. resources that you have unlocked.)
