"Copy" Menu Selection Keeps Disappearing! (Doesn't show up in Right Click Menu)

When I select a sentence or paragraph, and right click to cut and paste it to another document, I no longer have the "copy" selection available. Only "Visual copy" shows up...which, incidentally, appears to do nothing when I try it. 

I exited Logos and restarted it, and "Copy" appeared again...for about five minutes, and then disappeared. Very frustrating. Any ideas on how to fix it?!

I am running:  Logos Bible Software 7.2 SR-1 7.2.0.0038

    If you use the paperclip to embed the picture in your post it is a bit easier/faster for us to identify the problem.

    On the right side of the Context Menu, do you have it set on what you wish to copy? I suspect you want it on the top line - your selected text - in which case the copy should reappear.

    Yes - I changed the selection on the right side of the context menu, and that has caused the copy option to reappear. Thank you very much for that helpful tip!
