lost Logos Features

I upgraded to Logos 7 (starter edition) from Logos 6 Silver with the crossgrade feature set, only to find out that i lost the features Set. I certainly was not expecting that. How do I get the other features ?

    Suggest contacting Faithlife Customer Support => https://www.logos.com/contact to review/fix unlocks for your account since Logos 7 Starter purchase should not have disabled any Logos 6 licensed features.

    Did you sign in with the same email addresstgst you used for Logos 6?

    Can you give an example or two of a feature you have lost? Or did you mean you don't have the Logos 7 feature set?
