Resources to try to reverse unpreparedness for ministry.

Blessings to all:
I was looking for articles about the the right amount of time to spend in different Christian activities to facilitate faithful service, spiritual growth and Kingdom expansion in a balanced way.
I came across the following article:
http://thomrainer.com/2013/09/eight-areas-where-many-ministers-are-unprepared-for-ministry/
I think it is a neat article that can be put to much use.
So I would like to know, what resources do you consider can help one get better in each of the areas (best if in L7 or Vyrso).
Also if you would like to add comments about any of the areas, please do.
I am still trying to compile my list of helpful resources for each area.
Peace and grace.

Hamilton, just pushing your thread back up. Good question ... I think the practicalities of 'churching' don't get enough formal analysis.
I read the article, but the comments were good too. Here in our little town, I chatted with most of the pastors .... a few wouldn't return calls, but most had some time. One that surprised me and experienced, expressed real depression with regional coldness ... southerners (his lifelong backyard) vs here (his new backyard). He was really troubled. I guess pastors are supposed to be super-human or super-driven. I really don't know. My mom (preacher's wife) used to quietly 'murmur' ... unfair! Busy supporting Dad.

God bless Denise:
So true, I had never seen a formal analysis of key variables to facilitate ministry. I am beginning to research what different resources have to say as to what is considered important in each area.
I do believe that a lot of what is touched in the areas is good not only for ministry, but for christian service in general.
Some interesting resources that I have and may be useful (although I have not read all content yet):
