My text of scripture keeps jumping around as I scroll with my mouse

Hello,I just got off the phone with a Logos Rep. and he couldn't help me. He sent me a link here to try get some help.He said someone here would be able to help me. He also said my problem is probably with visual filters.

Here is my problem: As I scroll with my mouse in the box with the text of scripture in my newly upgraded Logos 7, the text keeps jumping. This is really annoying. I keep loosing my place when reading. It does this in none of the other boxes - just the top center box.

This is not a problem with my computer because this doesn't do this anywhere but there.

Is there an update or something you guys could give me.

Welcome to the forums! Your question will get better exposure and likely get answered more quickly if you move it to the Logos 7 forum. Be sure to note what platform your running in. A screenshot of your layout will be helpful as well.

P.S. It is likely not a good idea to give your email information in such a manner that it can be read by a machine.

Are you experiencing the text jumping by a page at-a-time when you scroll with your mouse wheel? If so, it sounds like you might have "Paged View" turned on. Open the Panel menu in the affected resource and set Columns to None.

What Bradley said it worth checking, but I had that problem from a different cause.

Do you have Text Comparison included in a link set? I had this annoying problem with that setup. Setting TC to Follow rather than as part of a link set restored smooth scrolling.

I searched for help on what I believe is the same issue. I am a long time Logos user and just recently upgraded to version 7. In previous versions I would Link set my commentaries to follow my Bible passage and they worked well. In version 7 it seems like the Bible window is bound by the commentary divisions. If I try to scroll down a verse or two or even enter the reference directly it does not go directly to where I want it to go, but instead jumps around until I get it where I want it to be. This is very distracting and it breaks the flow of thought for me. Is there any way to make the Bible "master" and have the commentary follow it instead of the other way around? Thanks in advance...

Do you have columns set to "none"? If not, try that and see if your issue is fixed. If not, please create a new thread and explain your issue clearly. You may need to post screen shots and/or clearly describe the problem.
