I was looking through the store for some of the books I need for my seminary courses and realized that Logos does not carry everything that's out there. I'm sure it has to do with getting the books into their file format system. So I'm not sure if this suggestion would be plausible or not, but...
I find it kind of a waste of money to own books on Kindle and paperback and then have to buy something separate for Logos. It's like the video market where I owned a VHS back in the day then bought the movie again on DVD then Blu-ray.
Is there anyway that Logos can make a contract with Amazon to tap into our Amazon accounts through the Logos software and be able to download or tap into an eBook purchases that we made for Kindle or even B&Ns Nook.
I know this may involve contract issues with some publishers and then there is the software and file issue, but there has got to be a way to do it. It just seems like the Logos enterprise (i'm sure other bible software enterprises are similar) has quite a deal going on here. The software is great, and I like being able to have something that has such a great library search. It'd be great if I could get other books in my library that I can search.
