My system has a bug where it won't download a new book I ordered; system hangs

I have been having trouble downloading a book I ordered for Logos 6.14.  My system continues to work overall, but the downloading process hangs.  Eventually it supposedly downloads the updates, but my book never appears in my list.  (I have shut down Logos and restarted it to check.)

I called Customer Service earlier to discuss this problem, and was directed to give access to my computer to the tech, Joe McCune.  He set my computer to download another copy of Logos 6, which I did and reinstalled, making sure to overwrite previous files.  Once that was done, the same problem continues to occur.

I would appreciate any further help you can offer to correct this issue.
