Unable to achieve Sermon Publishing

I have created a church group (two actually), and although the system finds them when I search, I am unable to connect. Over a dozen or more attempts and I always get the Error message "error occurred while connecting the church group".

I am able to synchronise presentations, so the internet connection is working ok.

I wonder if perhaps it has something to do with either my group or the church group being private not public - but if so, where do I find the menu item to allow that to be changed? (and what might it be called?)

Hi David,

Can you confirm that the email you use to sign in to your Faithlife account is the same one you are signed into the machine with Proclaim on in from which you are trying to connect the church and presentation groups? To find what account Proclaim on the machine you are trying this on is signed in with click Help>About Proclaim. The "Licensed to" email address is the one you're looking for. If that's not you, and is someone else on your team, then you will want to sign out from the user menu in the top-right, and sign in with your Faithlife account.

It's getting worse.

I signed out and signed in (on the laptop) using the "Licensed to" email I was using on my desktop. Then it showed the presentation group I am using on the desktop so I clicked on it. Then it said I had joined the group and the free trial period has expired!

Now I'm confused - because I have been synchronising between the my desktop and the laptop for months although signed in to two different email addresses on each machine (desktop is mine, laptop belongs to the church). If I can sync, why can't I publish?
