Problem.
When I make note file in NASB and can see 'note file rectangle mark on verse'.
But, I cannot see the note file mark in other version like NA 27 or NKSV.
You must click on the Visual Filters icon in each Bible and select the title of the note file (my example: Psalm 1) and click on it. Then the yellow square will appear.

I saw that the filter is already checked.
However,the problem is still on.
If I made a note on NASB and the yellow box was made, but the box is not shown on the other versions (NA 27 and Korean Version).
That implies that you attached the note to the selection rather than the reference. Selection makes the note only in the current text; Reference makes it apply across all Bibles.
To attach a note to a reference, do not select any text, just right click while your mouse is over the desired reference. When the right click menu appears, select "Add a note to..." You will see a yellow box but no highlighting by the reference.
If when you right click you see a tab on the right side pane that says 'Selection' you must go back and deselect any text that is highlighted or you will get a note attached only to that resource.
