Fast & Efficient New Mac Installation

Is the "Duplicate Logos Mac Installation" section at https://wiki.logos.com/Quick_Installation_onto_Multiple_Macs the latest "best practices" approach for setting up L6 on a new Mac without all of the resource downloading and indexing? I've done this in the past for previous versions of Logos from PC to Mac and from Mac to Mac, but it has been a few years and I would appreciate any current advice for the fastest, most efficient installation on a new Mac.

Thanks, Alabama. That's all I needed to know. I appreciate the confirmation!

Thanks, Keith! I used the method Alabama and I chatted about above. I had a couple of "resource is no longer in your library" scares, but after waiting for "preparing your library" and restarting the application a time or two, I seem to be up and running well. I may try the Time Machine route the next time, thanks to your comment.

Nice sounds like a maxed MacBook Pro! 15 or 13? I recently got a 15 inch just the base model. Sort of wrestling if I should get the 512 ssd instead

Good call on the 15-inch, Keith. I considered the 13" for portability but decided I would miss the display real estate. I polled some friends before pulling the trigger, and now that I have the 15-inch in hand, I think it's the right choice. Much lighter than my last MacBook Pro, but plenty of resolution.
I always utilize whatever storage is available, but 2 TB was just too expensive to justify. 1 TB was a compromise I decided I could live with.

Good call! I love how fast it is! Huge upgrade from my 2011 lol. Yeah I may get the 512 but not sure if I can justify to my wife the extra 200-300
