Bible Afrikaans (1953 and 1983) not available in Logos?

Dear sir,

 

In February 2012 I asked Logos to make above translations available again. In Libronix it was available, but now it is nowhere.

 

I know that Logos was talking with the South African Bible Society about it. I also wrote to Bob Pritchard and he said that Logos was working on it.

 

What happened then? Why is it still not available?

 

Is Logos not interested or is the South African Bible Society the problem?

 

I have organized it and very quick the Afrikaans Bible was available for Accordance and BibleWorks. I cannot understand what the problem is with Logos?

 

Students and minister is asking me about it, because they eagerly want the Bible in their own language for Logos.

 

I am looking forward to an answer.

Hi AH Bogaards,

I also touched on this problem in 2014. I own the 1983, 1953, and "Die Boodskap" in Logos. I was lucky enough to get them while CUM Books had their own collection. There is quite a nice collection of Afrikaans resources in Logos, but for some reason they have been removed for purchase. I still own them and use them regularly. It is sad that Logos has not been able to correct this.
