Exporting an ENTIRE Notes Document

I must be missing something obvious, but here's my situation with Logos/Verbum 7 (Verbum Now):

I have a lengthy notes document linked to the Catholic Catechism. When I follow instructions to print/export, only the current note is sent to the printer or to Word. I looked in this forum and on the web and have not found out how to get the print/export function to print/export the entire document. 

I've also looked at my notes document on the Logos/Verbum site: I can print the entire document from there, but, instead, I want to export it (e.g., to Word).

I'd appreciate any solution. Thanks

If you don't have an individual note selected (click on the header of the note document to ensure this) then print / export should export the entire note.
